Foresight Solar News Round-Up: February 2025
Welcome to Foresight Solar's monthly round-up, where we share our latest news and initiatives. Each month, we highlight key achievements to keep you informed about our latest projects and industry insights.

The latest edition of the 'Meet the Team' series featured Alberto de la Torre, a Development Manager in the Foresight Solar team.
Alberto discusses how he’s helping the fund deliver on its income and growth strategy, working directly with our proprietary development pipeline—and a bit about his time as a professional basketball player.

Foresight Solar announced its net asset value (NAV) for the fourth quarter was £634.4 million, equivalent to 112.3 pence per share.
Despite weather challenges, the portfolio maintained strong cash flow, confirming an 8.0pps target dividend. Additionally, Foresight Solar is advancing its Spanish battery storage and solar projects, with fee reductions from March 2025 promising shareholder savings.

Ross Driver discussed Foresight Solar's portfolio and strategy on The Armchair Trader podcast. He explained how the fund balances income and growth to deliver total returns for shareholders.
With the new higher interest rate environment, Foresight Solar is expanding its development pipeline to drive NAV growth through modest capital investment. Ross likened their strategy to property development, aiming to increase returns by investing in early-stage projects and trading assets for capital growth.
